Standard Residential View Room
The spacious standard rooms feature either one king size bed accommodating two guests or two double beds that can accommodate up two adults and two children.
These rooms all have their own private balconies affording views over south eastern Sydney.

Superior Botany Bayview Room
The Superior Rooms all have their own private balcony overlooking Sydney's iconic Botany Bay with table and chairs.
They are available with a King size bed or with two double beds in a private bedroom, and a living room with sofa bed and work desk and chair.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Confirming your booking - Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by Monday, 9 September 2024. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authorisation form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies), or EFT by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact ASN Events. Accommodation bookings not paid for by Monday, 9 September 2024 will be cancelled.
Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
Cancellations - Accommodation booked as part of the conference registration process can be cancelled in full with no penalty, as long as your request to cancel is made no later than 35 days before the first date of your hotel booking. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to ASN Events. In some instances, Accommodation providers may allow changes or cancellations within the 35-day period and ASN Events will manage this process for you and advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable portion.
Security deposit upon check in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.
Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email ASN Events if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
Beware of scams - Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for this event may contact you requesting credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers. If you are unsure about any correspondence regarding accommodation, please contact the conference secretariat for clarity before responding to the email.
