Caroline Miller
Professor Caroline Miller is Deputy Director (Impact) at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) and a leading public health researcher specialising in obesity prevention, nutrition policy, tobacco control and health communication. She is an NHMRC Leadership Fellow and also leads large-scale government-partnered programmes translating evidence into policy in preventive health. Her work focuses on dietary risk, food environments and policy levers to shift behaviour at scale. With over 150 peer reviewed publications and extensive advisory roles to governments, she is recognised for delivering impactful, systems-level prevention strategies. Caroline is also President of the Public Health Association of Australia.
