Professor Cliona Ni Mhurchu directs a programme of research in public health nutrition and population dietary interventions. Her main research interests are nutrition labelling, food pricing, healthy and sustainable diets, and technologies to support dietary change. Cliona is Director of the 5-year HRC-funded "Dietary Interventions: Evidence & Translation" (DIET) research programme, and Deputy Director of the Healthier Lives National Science Challenge.
