ANZOS Young Investigator Award

The ANZOS Young Investigator Award is the most prestigious research prize awarded by the Society. It is designed to recognise and support the research careers of early-career scientists, either recently graduated or in the early stages of their research journey, who are current financial and active ANZOS members engaged in obesity-related research.

The award is based on the originality, innovation, and productivity of the applicant’s research over the past five years. Final selection is made by the ANZOS Awards Subcommittee, which considers both the applicant’s past contributions and their potential to advance our understanding of obesity into the future.

The award carries a value of A$5,000.
