Join us for a relaxed evening of pizza, drinks, and career conversation – designed especially for early- and mid-career researchers (EMCRs), including students and postdocs. Senior researchers keen to support and connect with EMCRs are warmly welcome too.
The first hour features three speakers from public health, basic science, and clinical backgrounds sharing their career journeys, followed by a panel discussion. The second hour is speed networking – a great chance to ask questions and build connections with fellow EMCRs.

Speakers: Amanda Lee (Emeritus Professor, School of Public Health, University of Queensland), Benjamin Weger (Institute for Molecular Bioscience, University of Queensland), and Zanab Malik (winner of the 2025 ANZOS Rising Star Award).
