The closest major stations are:
Central Station – approx. 10–12 minute walk
Roma Street Station – approx. 8–10 minute walk
Both stations connect directly to Brisbane Airport via the Airtrain service and link to suburban and regional lines across Queensland.
🚌 Bus
Multiple bus routes service the CBD, with stops along North Quay and surrounding streets within a short walking distance of the hotel. Roma Street Busway Station is also nearby and connects to key Brisbane suburbs.

Brisbane’s CityCat ferry services run along the Brisbane River. The nearest terminals include:

South Bank Ferry Terminal (a short walk across Victoria Bridge)
✈️ From Brisbane Airport
Airtrain to Central or Roma Street Station (approx. 20 minutes), then walk to the hotel.
Taxi or rideshare services are also available directly from the airport.

Flying into Brisbane? Brisbane Airport (BNE) is well connected to the city centre, and there are several easy ways to reach your hotel at 85–87 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000.
🚆 Option 1 – Airtrain (Fast & Easy)
The Airtrain service runs directly from both the Domestic and International terminals into Brisbane City. It’s one of the fastest ways into town, with the journey taking around 20-30 minutes and trains departing roughly every 15–30 minutes.
Adult one-way tickets start from around A$22–23 when purchased at the station, and you can sometimes find discounted online fares from about A$16–18.96.
Once at Central Station or Roma Street Station, the hotel is an easy walk or short taxi/bus from either stop.
🚕 Option 2 – Taxi or Rideshare (Direct & Convenient)
A taxi from the airport to the Brisbane CBD typically takes about 20–30 minutes. Expect to pay approximately AUD 45–55 one way, depending on traffic and surcharges.
Rideshare services like Uber are also widely available from designated pickup areas at the terminals, with typical fares to the city around AUD 45–55 (UberX may average near A$50).
(The cost includes airport surcharge fees, but tolls are extra.)
🚌 Other Options
There are shared shuttle services and public buses that link the airport with Brisbane City and nearby stations, but the train or taxi/rideshare are usually the most straightforward choices after a long flight.

Beware of Scammers
Due to the amount of publicly available information on conference and institution websites, some committee members and conference speakers are being contacted by third party companies, often from overseas, purporting to be event managers who request to secure accommodation or flight bookings. These requests always ask for financial information or credit card details and will generally be quite pushy in their attempts. Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for your event, such as Business Travel Management and are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers. They are actively trolling event webs and trying to match invited speakers and committees with personal details often found on their own institute websites.
Please note, ASN Events will never ask a third party to retrieve credit card or financial information from you without prior personal arrangement with yourself and an ASN staff member. The only time you will be required to provide financial details, will be for accommodation bookings via the secure external booking tool. All other conference related costs, ASN Events will send through an invoice with remittance details which contains full ASN Letterhead, completed by an ASN Staff member and will always be from an @asnevents.net.au email address.

Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received.
Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by 15 September 2026.

Accommodation bookings not paid for by 15 September 2026 will be cancelled.

Changes to your booking should always be done through us at ASN Events, NOT the hotel itself.

Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made after 15 September 2026.
Rooms cancelled after 15 September 2026 will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked.
